Rosetta is a lovely bar/restaurant located in the heart of downtown boulder. They have a downstairs and a rooftop with great views. They have a wide array of food options with something for everyone. My favorite is the contemporary American and Japanese cuisine. But they truly have so many delicious options. The cocktails are always delicious and they have a great selection of spirits with very knowledgeable bartenders. The prices are very reasonable considering it’s right next to pearl and very upscale.
This place is super cool. It’s like a high end food court. There are stations with all kinds of food and their own chefs. It’s easy to order and you can sit anywhere. It even has a full bar downstairs and upstairs. The upstairs is like a resort without a pool. Exceptional views of mountains. Lovely place to eat and drink. Highly recommend.
The shrimp fried rice from the Chinese restaurant was great! The cucumber salad in oil is not for me though. The fish cakes from the Thai place was delicious too!
Beautiful space with 8 different restaurants/cuisines and 2 full service bars and plenty of seating and has 2 floors a rooftop with views of the mountains and heaters all around so you won’t get too cold, it’s the perfect place to go with a group of friends when you can’t agree on one place to eat and everyone can just order whatever they want, we loved lounging on the rooftop at sunset time!
Great concept: bottom level food hall with around-the-world offerings. Middle level romantic vibe lounge, and rooftop third level with views and cabana style sofas (and regular tables). Prompt, friendly service. Easy to order and relatively fast. Great vibe. Unisex bathroom is a keen, modern touch. Everything is clean and well kept. 10/10 will return.
Loved it. Tons of options, something for everyone. Yes, they can be busy, duh. But here's my pro tip: It was a 20-30 minute wait to be seated, bar included. But cleverly, I was able to order a pint from where the bar tender serves drinks to the wait staff, and was able to grab the pizza slice-of-the-day and in less than 7 minutes I was happily eating and drinking. Carry out dessert from Petite Lafleur was delish as well. I must try the rooftop asap! Thanks Rosetta Hall! Until next time!
Absolutely love this place. The rooftop, decor, service was exceptional! We wouldn’t have known about the rooftop if it weren’t for the bartender, Winston. He was very informative in local events and overall relative information. Undoubtedly great customer service! Thanks Winston!
